This Member Monday, we’re highlighting Cupertino Electric and their project Merced 2020!
The skilled team transformed UC Merced with 1.2M sqft of new space, doubling its size at a cost of $1B+, marking the largest US public-private partnership. Cupertino Electric led electrical design for 11 LEED Platinum buildings, including 4 residence halls, dining & health centers, and sustainable structures. Notable features: relocating power circuits mid-construction, installing a far-reaching mass notification system, and crafting a modular research server room.
Collaboration with firms like Collins Electric and Integrated Communication Systems ensured the success of this project!
