1909 - The Underwriters Rules Committee, of which NECA's Earnest McCleary is a member, completes a recodification of the National Electrical Code.
1909 - Under the title "Universal Data and Sales Book," a NECA committee headed by G. M. Sanborn develops the first publication to compile electrical equipment and component prices. NECA issues this resource to all members.
1910 - NECA appoints an Executive Committee, consisting of the President, Secretary, and six members at large appointed by the Board of Directors.
