This is for chapter administrative staff only. CATS is a two-day hands-on workshop for chapter administrative staff processing member information and service charges.

Staff Executive Training School (SETS) is for Chapter Managers only. SETS is a three-day program for new chapter executives to learn about the resources available to chapters through NECA and how they can get the most out of these resources.
