FREE Webinar Explains New OFCCP Regulations, Wednesday, April 23

Apr 18, 2014

The Office of Federal Contracts Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has made significant and sometimes overwhelming changes to Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Vietnam Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act. Federal contractors and subcontractors now face additional recordkeeping obligations and, for the first time, numeric goals and benchmarks for hiring individuals with disabilities and covered veterans.

NECA's outside labor counsel, Gary Lieber, has prepared an outline of an employer's duties under the revised regulations, and his firm Ford & Harrison LLP offers you the opportunity to participate in a FREE webinar on what these changes mean to employers. It will be presented this Wednesday, April 23starting at 1:00 p.m. Eastern.
